Dentistry for Children has made the critical decision that starting on Monday March 23rd we will begin seeing emergencies only. With continued mindfulness towards balancing two aspects of public health, maintaining a safe environment while also making pain relief available through seeing emergencies. In these uncertain times, we must all do our best to help ease the transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
Following ADA guidance, Dentistry for Children will only see emergency patients with our top priority on getting your child(ren) out of pain or discomfort during this time. We are proactively rescheduling elective care treatments. We are sending out communications via email and text. Please disregard any reminders for elective services as we update our system during this time. If you have or need help with an appointment, give us a call at 912-355-5901 so that our team can help you. For our patients and team protection, Dentistry for Children will be unable to treat patients who arrive and present with a fever, cough or other flu-like symptoms. These patients should contact their health care provider.
The past several weeks have presented all of us with personal health concerns never before seen. In this environment, staying connected for informational, planning and emotional reasons is more important than ever. At Dentistry for Children , we’re committed to being a reliable practice to you and your children in difficult times, just as we are in good times.
